But do remember that when you receive your unit, you will need to alter and adjust your unit to really make it your own.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

DUE TO UNITS BEING CUSTOM FIT TO YOUR CIRCUMFERENCE, SALES ARE ALL FINAL ON PURCHASES ONCE RECEIVED. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND SELECT OPTIONS VERY CAREFULLY. 

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER MEASUREMENTS RESULTING IN YOUR WIG NOT FITTING. WE OFFER VIRTUAL CLIENT CONSULTATION LOCATED UNDER SERVICES. 

SHIPPING POLICY

ONCE THE UNIT IS SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA E-MAIL, SO THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ORDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO ERRORS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS DOCUMENTED. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH USPS AND THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM.

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

         - Once your deposit is paid, work begins on your custom unit. Deposits are non-refundable and CAN NOT be credited to future purchases.

          ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

- 30 DAY HOLD POLICY

          -A client has 48hrs to make the final payment. If a client has to be late we ask that you contact us via email info.KROWNKONNECT@gmail.com. If payment is not made in the 48hrs, a $25 late fee will be applied to the final bill on the third day. After the 3rd day, there will be a $10 STORAGE FEE added each day the client is late for up to 30 says. After 30 days, the client relinquishes their deposit and wig unit which becomes the property of KROWN KONNECT.
