Once the unit is shipped to the address provided a tracking number will be sent to you via email, so you can keep track on when your wig unit arrives.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO ERRORS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS DOCUMENTED. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH USPS AND THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM.

What’s the turnaround time?

Please be aware that the PROCESS TIME  is separate from the SHIPPING TIME, When you submit an order, it takes a standard of up to 2-3 WEEKS to process and make your custom wig unit, you have the option to expedite the processing time for a fee. After the wig unit is made your unit will be shipped. You can choose your preferred shipping method as well.

How to place an order ?

We have 2 selections of choices for your custom unit. KROWN KONNECT allows you to build your own WIG OR PONYTAIL  with premade styling selections to make it easier for those that have an issue choosing a style. Once your order is placed, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is made before the unit is constructed. A confirmation email will be sent with the information on the process. Once the wig is constructed a picture will be sent via email on the final look. When you, the client, confirms the look, an invoice for final payment will be due. A client has 48 hrs to make the final payment. If a client has to be late we ask that you contact us via email at info.KROWNKONNECT@gmail.com. If payment is not made within the 48 hrs upon the final invoice, a $25 late fee will be applied to the final bill on the third day. After the 3rd day, there will be a $10 STORAGE FEE added and this fee will be added each day the client is late for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the client relinquishes their deposit, fees and wig unit which becomes the property of KROWN KONNECT

Can I send in hair to get a wig made?

Yes, 

For BUILD YOUR WIG, we ask that our clients send in their hair within 3-5 business days after paying your deposit,We prefer you to use USPS priority with a signature required and a tracking number. Once you receive the info please email info.KROWNKONNECT@gmail.com with weight and tracking number of packages with date and time of arrival. If the package is sent without tracking information. KROWN KONNECT is not held reliable if the package gets lost or stolen. When we receive your item, an email confirmation will be sent to you, and the wig customization process will begin.
