Once the unit is shipped to the address provided a tracking number will be sent to you via email, so you can keep track on when your wig unit arrives. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO ERRORS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS DOCUMENTED. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH USPS AND THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM.
What’s the turnaround time?
Please be aware that the PROCESS TIME is separate from the SHIPPING TIME When you submit an order, it takes a standard of up to 2-3 weeks to process and make your custom wig unit, you have the option to expedite the processing time for a fee. After the wig unit is made your unit will be shipped. You can choose your preferred shipping method as well standard, expedited or international shipping.
Purchases & Payments
Once your deposit is paid, work begins on your custom unit, Deposits are non-refundable and CANNOT be credited to future purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
30 Day Hold Policy
A client has 48 hrs to make the final payment. If a client has to be late we ask that you contact us via email info.KROWNKONNECT@gmail.com If payment is not made in the 48hrs a $25 late fee will be applied to the final bill on the third day. After the 3rd day, there will be $10 STORAGE FEE add each day the client is late for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the client relinquishes their deposit and wig unit which becomes the property of KROWN KONNECT. * DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE *
